Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about quotes, your first cleanup, service, access, weather and scheduling.
How Do I Get a Dog Waste Removal Quote?+
Use the Get Started form to tell us about your dogs, yard, preferred cleanup frequency and existing buildup. Share your contact details and address so we can prepare a personalized quote and confirm availability.
What Happens After I Send My Details?+
We’ll prepare your personalized quote. Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for our reply. After sending your details, you can add an optional Pawprint with your pet’s name and information. Your quote request is already saved, even if you skip the pet information.
Does Requesting a Quote Book a Visit?+
No. No payment or booking is required to request a quote. You can review the proposed service and pricing before proceeding.
How Should I Prepare for the First Cleanup?+
Share gate and yard-access instructions, arrange for your dogs to be indoors or comfortably separated, and tell us where to place the bagged waste. Let us know before your first visit if you need a different dog arrangement.
Do You Clean the Entire Yard?+
Your quote covers the agreed, accessible area used by your dogs. Tell us if they use more than one area, such as a front yard, side yard or dog run, so we can include it in the plan.
Do You Provide Service Throughout the Year?+
Yes. Service is provided year-round, weather and safe working conditions permitting. Unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule or complete a double cleanup at the next visit.
How Is the Pet Waste Disposed Of?+
We double-bag collected waste and leave it in your designated outdoor bin or agreed location. If no bin or other location has been arranged, we leave it beside the garage or outside the gate leading to the backyard and note the location in your completion email.
Can You Clean While My Dog Is in the Yard?+
We love meeting your dogs. Keeping them indoors or comfortably separated usually helps us give your yard our full attention. If that doesn’t work for your household, including homes with dog-door access, let us know before your first visit. We’re happy to discuss an arrangement that works for your dogs, their humans and our team.
Do I Need to Be Home?+
No. As long as safe access and any dog arrangements have been agreed before the visit, you do not need to be home.
What Happens If My Gate Is Locked or the Yard Cannot Be Accessed?+
Please make sure access is available on your service day. We’ll let you know if we cannot enter safely. Recurring service is billed monthly. If weather, unsafe conditions or unavailable access prevent a cleanup, the monthly amount stays the same and we collect the accumulated waste on the next service date. A missed one-time cleanup is rescheduled.
What Happens During Severe Weather?+
Recurring service is billed monthly. If weather, unsafe conditions or unavailable access prevent a cleanup, the monthly amount stays the same and we collect the accumulated waste on the next service date. A missed one-time cleanup is rescheduled.
What If Some Waste Was Missed?+
Please let us know within 24 hours if we missed visible, accessible waste. For weekly and twice-weekly service, we will usually address it at the next cleanup. For one-time or biweekly service, we will arrange a return visit. This does not cover new waste deposited after the visit or waste that was concealed or inaccessible during service.
Can I Cancel Recurring Service?+
To stop your next renewal, complete cancellation by 11:59 PM on the day before your next billing date. Service continues through the period already paid, including an agreed six-month prepaid term. There is no cancellation fee or standard refund for unused prepaid service, except where required by law. Visit Account Management using the link in our footer. If the online option is unavailable for your plan, contact us for help.
What Happens If My Recurring Payment Fails?+
If a recurring payment fails, cleanups are temporarily suspended while Stripe automatically retries the payment. If payment is successfully collected before the end of the 15-day window following the first failed payment, service resumes on the next scheduled visit. We’ll include the cleanup missed during the suspension at no extra cost. If payment remains unsuccessful at the end of that window, the subscription ends.
Can I Pause While I Am Travelling?+
Contact us before your trip so we can discuss whether your dogs will still be using the yard and agree on the service arrangement. Pauses are handled individually; travelling does not automatically pause service or billing.
