Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the areas scheduled for service. Please unlock gates, remove access obstructions and share any special entry instructions before the visit.
Dogs During Service
We love meeting your dogs. Keeping them indoors or comfortably separated usually helps us give your yard our full attention. If that doesn’t work for your household, including homes with dog-door access, let us know before your first visit. We’re happy to discuss an arrangement that works for your dogs, their humans and our team.
Our team may stop or postpone service if conditions feel unsafe. Reactive, protective or aggressive dogs must remain safely separated from the cleanup area.
Locked Gates, Weather and Unsafe Conditions
Recurring service is billed monthly. If weather, unsafe conditions or unavailable access prevent a cleanup, the monthly amount stays the same and we collect the accumulated waste on the next service date. A missed one-time cleanup is rescheduled.
We will communicate about an access issue or a weather interruption. Repeated interruptions caused by us are reviewed individually with the customer.
Waste Placement
We double-bag collected waste and leave it in your designated outdoor bin or agreed location. If no bin or other location has been arranged, we leave it beside the garage or outside the gate leading to the backyard and note the location in your completion email.
Missed Waste
Please let us know within 24 hours if we missed visible, accessible waste. For weekly and twice-weekly service, we will usually address it at the next cleanup. For one-time or biweekly service, we will arrange a return visit. This does not cover new waste deposited after the visit or waste that was concealed or inaccessible during service.
Recurring Billing and Cancellation
Your price stays locked in while your subscription is active. The amount and billing schedule are confirmed before recurring service begins.
To stop your next renewal, complete cancellation by 11:59 PM on the day before your next billing date. Service continues through the period already paid, including an agreed six-month prepaid term. There is no cancellation fee or standard refund for unused prepaid service, except where required by law.
Use Account Management. If cancellation is unavailable for your plan, contact us for assistance. Nothing in these policies restricts a cancellation or refund right provided by law.
Missed Payments and Getting Back on Schedule
If a recurring payment fails, cleanups are temporarily suspended while Stripe automatically retries the payment. If payment is successfully collected before the end of the 15-day window following the first failed payment, service resumes on the next scheduled visit. We’ll include the cleanup missed during the suspension at no extra cost.
If payment remains unsuccessful at the end of that window, the subscription ends.
Travel and Pauses
Contact us before your trip to discuss whether your dogs will continue to use the yard. Pauses and the return to service are handled individually and confirmed with you. Travel does not automatically pause service or billing.
Accurate Service Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address, access and yard information, and for telling us about hazards, property changes or other conditions that could affect safe service. A quote may be adjusted if the property’s size or condition differs materially from the information provided.
Offers and Referrals
Any individual offer is confirmed in your personalized quote. Previously agreed offers remain honoured. Referral credits reduce invoices or bills only and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prepayment savings and neighbour rates depend on the current service arrangement and must be confirmed in advance.
